The University of Colorado Boulder has two indoor recreation facilities, three artificial turf fields, four natural grass fields, four outdoor basketball courts, three tennis courts, and a challenge ropes course. To provide CU Boulder faculty and staff with meaningful wellness opportunities, the Rec Center hosts free yoga and strength-based sessions twice per month for all employees, alternating between yoga and strength-based practices.
